A predominately young black man named (JT) is captured speaking on being a positive role model for our young Black men in today's society. When asked about how the police treat young Black Men and why so much Black on Black crime he said "All cops are not bad and the media betrays a stigma of Black men in a negative view. That some cops think Black Men are all bad." but he also stated  " That there is White on White crime as well, basically it's your environment, along with poverty can trigger so much violence in our communities."

He has team up with a young gentleman named Mark Sutton and together has formed a program (MAD) Making A Difference in ST. Louis.

Mark and JT is mentoring young people regardless of race through education , nutrition and health. Both men are advocating for men to step up and become a Big Brother by being a positive influence in these young men life.  JT said  "his belief through positive reinforcement, mentoring, and employment would help reduce crime and killing in our neighborhoods."
